Goldman, Bryce, and DeHaven co-author Synthetic Biology article on Replication and Laboratory Automation

The article "Highly-automated, high-throughput replication of yeast-based logic circuit design assessments" was just published in the online journal Synthetic Biology, published by Oxford University Press. The article describes work done to replicate experiments evaluating the design of logic gates implemented in Yeast cells.  These experiments were conducted using the high throughput, highly automated techniques developed in DARPA's SD2 (Synergistic Discovery and Design) program, notably including SIFT's XPLAN experiment planner, and large scale data analysis contributed by SIFT and other project participants.
