- ESOPs encourage employees to give their all as the company’s success translates into financial rewards.
- They also help staff to feel more appreciated and better compensated for the work they do.

SIFT is proud to sponsor the International Conference on Automated Planning and Scheduling (ICAPS), which is the premier forum for exchanging the latest research results on the theory and applications of intelligent planning and scheduling systems that reason and act over extended timeframes to accomplish complex user-assigned tasks. ICAPS 2022 will be held virtually June 13-24, 2022.  See https://icaps22.icaps-conference.org/ for more information about the ICAPS 2022 conference.

As part of the Raytheon BBN team for the DARPA OFFSET program, SIFT designed and implemented a Virtual Reality interface for swarm control. With Oregon State University, the interface was evaluated during live flight events throughout the program. Popular Science recently published an article providing some insight into the challenges and accomplishments from the capstone event in November 2021 : "An inside look at how one person can control a swarm of 130 robots"
